Live Animal Trapping & Removal

AT “SPEEDY ANIMAL CONTROL” we strive to quickly capture and relocate the offending animals. Captured animals are released in approved areas far from their capture sites, or euthanized in a humane manner as the situation dictates. All trapping is done in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.

We humanely capture and remove most animals. Removal of these wild animals must be done, and should only be performed by trained and licensed professionals. In many cases, animals cause moderate to severe damage to property. Preventative maintenance is highly recommended to keep those pesky animals from returning.

Our Live Animal Trapping & Removal Service includes:

• Inspection and Assessment
• Setting the appropriate Trap (s)
• Catching our Target Animals
• Removing and Relocating
• If babies are caught, and the mother isn’t, we take them to Project Wildlife, and as soon as the mother is caught, we reunite them.

Repairs and or Preventative Maintenance may be needed to keep those pesky animals out, and are not typically included in this particular service. Your Damage Control Specialist will advise accordingly.

Dead Animal Removal

Sometimes animals die in attics, walls, or under the house. When these animals pass on  it is often difficult to locate or remove them.  Removal of the animals is usually a very dirty job.  Often we have to climb into hot attics, underneath wet, muddy, and dusty homes, "sniff out" the animal, remove it and any affected materials, decontaminate the affected area, and then dispose of the carcass in an approved manner. Dead Animal Removal is definitely not easy and it is never a pleasant experience. However, we strive to make our customers happy by doing everything that we can in the most efficient manner possible.

Our Dead Animal Removal Service includes:

• Inspection of the area
• Location of the deceased animal
• Removal of the animal and affected materials
• Decontaminating the affected area with a special enzyme based biological decontaminating agent
• Treat affected area with solutions to neutralize or reduce odors.

Repairs may be needed to keep those pesky animals out, and are not typically included in this particular service. Your Damage Control Specialist will advise accordingly.

Attic Cleaning/Attic Decontamination

Attics are often the target of roof rats, raccoons, opossums, and bats. While these creatures are living in your attic, they urinate and defecate. The fecal matter can contain harmful parasites, disease, or odors that are dangerous to humans. If not removed not only will they pose a health risk, it will draw other animals back to the site.

Attic Decontamination can only occur after the animal removal is complete. This is a separate service from the Animal Removal process.

Our Attic Decontamination Service includes:

• Removal of urine and feces
• Removal of urine and fecal stained materials

• Treating affected areas with special enzyme based biological decontaminating agents

• Treating affected areas with solutions to neutralize the odors.

The next step would be, Repairs. These may or may not be included in this particular service. Your Damage Control Specialist will advise you of the measures needed to keep those pesky animals out. Also, your homeowners insurance may cover the repairs.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is needed to help keep those pesky animals out, and from returning.

Our Preventative Maintenance Service may include:

• Regular interval trapping
• Repairs
• Decontamination of affected area
• Odor Control
• Yard Prep

Our Damage Control Specialist will advise you on all measures needed to help insure the animals won’t return.

Repair Service

In order to insure that the former tenants and their families don’t return to your attic, basement, or walls, Repairs must be made. And is the first step in keeping those pesky animals from returning.

Our Repair Service includes:

• A thorough inspection of the property
• The installation of Barriers.
• Repairing all possible access points.

• We Warranty our Repairs for 30 Days on parts and 90 Days Craftsmanship

Odor Control

While these animals take up residence in your attic, basement, wall, or under your house, they may bring in trash, urinate, defecate, and sometimes these creatures don’t survive long enough to make it out of those areas. All animals tend to leave behind some kind of odor, but it’s the unruly odors that have to be neutralized.

Our Odor Control Service includes:

• Treating the affected area with special enzyme based biological decontaminating agents

• Treat the affected area with solutions to neutralize those offensive odors.
